A snow storm reached Falmouth and it was the first time seeing snow cover a place right in front of my eyes. People who follow news should know that a snow storm move from the west coast to the east coast, bring snow to USA. Although i seen snow before back in Australia, it is totally different as the snow there are mostly man made. This is certainly naturally made.
My friends and I who are like "sua gu" to the angmoh play in the snow the night snow fall. We even made a snow man with it. See!
Due to the storm, Falmouth received a 7 inches thick of snow the next day and most of the shops were closed. Public transport was out of services and initially we planned to go to Boston on that day and we had to pospone our trip. Rottern luck.
The town was covered with snow. It took one week for the snow to melt. This picture was taken few steps away from the door.

Due to the snow, our Boston trip was cut to one day long. Boston is a nice place. I like the public transport as it covered most trips that we want to go. We are planning another Boston trip on 10 Jan 2010 to discover more about the city. The main purpose for this trip is to SHOP as christmas is around the corner and there are sales, saLES, SALES going around. We fully utilised the public transport there with a daily public transport pass.

In the Boston public transport
Boston public transport is nicely coverage. But it is old and dirty. However, it is much better the public transport back in hometown.
Watching NBA in the next Boston trip, and going to Harvard Uni and MIT too. Looking forward.

Today is Christmas. The night before that I had to do the dishes in McD as I was in charged to close the shop. It is rather fun though as I am my friends were doing the dishes together. We talked and we laughed, and that is what I called B-U-D-D-Y.
It is a white christmas as the place is still covered with snow. All shops are closed and luckily we had stocked up our food supply. Walking around the town, which is cold, the shops windows are rather interesting. Decoration at the entrance of the town were interesting too. Too bad, no one invite us for their christmas dinner.
We had chinese buffet in a restaurant (only asians are hardworking enough to work on that day) and it was USD12. We missed malaysian food.
MERRY CHRISTMAS

The night before new year, again, we were in charged to wash the dishes. Helping each other, we manage to finish washing the dishes faster than the other time. That night, we went to an Irish bar and the beer is nice. Everyone in the bar is crazy and high but we did not stay until new year in that bar. Everyone is looking at us maybe due to the black hair on top of us. We feel uneasy. So we changed to a nearer bar to the place we stayed. It was more quiet there but at least we were not being watch like an extinct animal.
3-2-1... HAPPY NEW YEAR
